SCAM!!!: Use of belt, whether hot or cold, will not cause you to lose any more fat than if you didn't wear said belt. But they're a great way to separate you from your money. Better to pay attention to eating healthy foods &amp; exercising regularly. Heck, maybe play Pokemon Go but do be careful you don't injure yourself while walking around!

Depends: Healthcare varies so much by region, state and county that only you can find out what is available locally.  Most places have a local county clinic, there they usually have a counselor or social worker who can help you research low cost insurance.

Yes: By definition, "alternative" is different than modern western medicine.  Generally any drug, herb, treatment, or procedure that stands up to rigorous scientific scrutiny is included in modern medicine.  The problem is that many alternative practices, herbs etc do not stand up to scientific scrutiny and cannot be shown to work. They therefore remain "alternative".   Be careful and watch your wallet.

Cleansing: Yes. Of course. Your body had three systems at least that keep you 'cleansed'.  These are your liver, your kidneys, and your lymph system.  Nature takes care of  this.

Now on a different note. If your diet is full of sugars and other unnatural chemicals then switching to a more natural and healthy diet may increase energy and stamina.

No scam: hypnosis may work for certain issues like recalling memories that may be too traumatic for the conscious mind to want to recollect. The fact is that one has to be able to release themselves to the person who is guiding them through the hypnosis. If one cannot do that, then it is difficult to be hypnotized. There is a great deal of evidence that supports hypnosis also.

Interconnected world: We can not ignore health issues in other countries.  With rapid air transit organisms can easily be transmitted and the maintainence of controls on health problems elsewhere does have an impact on everyone.  These are generally not scams although some "charities" claiming an interest in global health are in fact scams.

Wholesale Bath Salts: The web site (herbalresearch-chemicals.Com) sells "bath salts" -- which is a street name for designer drugs that often have stimulant effects.  The designer drug industry is constantly changing, to elude laws restricting the sale of certain compounds.  All of these can have dire health effects.  So whether the company provides what it says it does is immaterial -- the product can still kill you.

Height:  By 18y old is almost certain that you are done growing. Adding more inches to your height really isn't possible. Pills that claim to increase your height won't work. Eat healthy, exercise regularly, and don't smoke. You can build muscle by working out and eating healthy, but growing taller probably isn't likely.

I doubt it: I did a brief web search &amp; didn't see anything suggesting it was any better than placebo. A balanced diet high in vegetables (variety is key - lots of colors), nuts &amp; legumes &amp; healthy fats, with adequate fluids/sleep/exercise &amp; limited bad health habits is tried &amp; true - though not sexy nor a "magic bullet" nor nearly as expensive.
