Many options: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems Obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

First Sign: It is one possibility for abnormally heavy periods. Of the ovarian hormones, Progesterone is often the first to go, which would cause fatigue, irritability, heavier periods.  Go see your doc. It will help solve the problem. Also get these blood tests on day 18-20 of cycle (abt 8 -10 days before next period: fsh, lh, estradiol;progesterone, & testosterone.Rule out fibroids, foreign object or tumor.

Ans: There are many possibilities for the bleeding. First you must be sure it is not vaginal. If not then go to doctor and have a urine dip. Hydrate and see if blood resolves if not further testing is needed

Cyst..: This could be related to your hemorrhagic cyst, but in any case if you suspect you could be pregnant get tested as soon as you can. Otherwise follow up with your GYN provider if your symptoms persist.
