Hemorrhage: Retroperitoneal hemorrhage is an emergency and addressed either by embolization or surgery. Surgery finds and repairs the source of bleeding, as well as checking for other damage. Embolization is done under fluoro and tiny pellets are used to block the vessel(s) that are bleeding.

Wondering too: It can require extra expense &amp; effort. Tubes can be untied but may not work as well as they did. the ablations also make it unlikely you can carry a pregnancy.A simpler method is to have a fertility center harvest your eggs &amp; fertilize them with dad's sperm &amp; insert the new embryo into a surrogate you hire to carry the baby.

Your : Your symptoms are consistent with dysfunctional uterine bleeding (dub).  This can happen when hormones are fluctuating.  You had a long time period without ovulating it appears (8 months), and are now having very heavy bleeding.  However two months is a very long time and i would urge you to seek evaluation for that and have your blood level checked.  Also please be sure that your pap smear is normal.

It : It used to be thought that a bicornuate (bifurcate) uterus was associated with infertility  but recent studies have not confirmed this, and patients with bicornuate uterus can get pregnant.  However, a bicornuate uterus is considered high-risk, and you will need to see a high-risk perinatologist (high risk ob) for your pregnancy.  There is an increased association with miscarriage, and preterm birth, so it is important for you to establish with a well-qualified high-risk doctor for your pregnancy.

Depends how big: And where the fibroids are located in the uterus or possible a myomectomy I do ablation in the office and usually works quite well but i would ahve to know how many fibroids and where they are before i would rec that for u if u have intra cavitary fibroids many times a myosure can be done to remove the fibroids.

For healthy young adults substantial force is required, blunt object, fall from height. However, the effects of a small amount of bleeding in the brain of young person can worse than in elderly, whose brains have shrunk &amp; don't get the high pressures.
