Not sure : If you are talking about complications from diabetes, those two conditions mean that diabetes has corroded the small blood vessels in the body.  Try to have the blood sugar under good control.  These conditions do not mean death is imminent.

Csr is a fluid detachment of macula layers from their supporting tissue allowing choroidal fluid to leak into the subretinal space.
