my lower back is hurting on my right side making me very restless. along with my neck and right shoulder. what could this be?

Muscle pain: This could be a simple as muscle spasm. Muscle spasms can come from stress, or muscle strain from lifting heavy things or strenuous activity. Something that might relieve the pain of muscle strain or spasm are warm compresses, Epsom salt soaking baths, home stretching exercises, massage therapy, and over-the-counter pain relivers. However, if this pain does not resolve on its own, see your doctor.

hi i really need an answer. im 23 and female. i just wokeup with a restless feeling in my left shoulder. its so bad i cant go to sleep and its driving me crazy! i want to cry. i have never had this before and its the most annoying and bothersome feeling.

Thoracic outlet syn?: If this is a recurring symptoms, this can be a manifestation of neuro or vascular thoracic outlet syndrome, assuming you are healthy.   If this is a single episode, it is probably a compression neuropathy and self limiting.   I don't know if I am answering it correctly but without knowing more information, it it difficult to answer. i am having left arm and shoulder restlessness at sleep time. it only occures at that time. it's not my sugar. i eliminated it. i'm on welbutrin and z?

Many causes: You could have a pinched nerve from your cervical spine, that is positional and worse when you lay down. It could be neurologic from your brain as well. Please see you doctor if it gets worse, if you develop weakness or bladder problems.

Causes include lack of nutrients in the diet, medication side effects, lack of sleep, too much caffeine/exercise/stress, medical conditions that cause metabolic disorders, including low potassium, kidney disease, and uremia. If Calcium /Magnesium supplement may help. If symptoms continue see a DR.

Yes, very common: You describe a shoulder subluxation, whereby the shoulder joint transiently moves out of place enough to give a sensation of pain (sometimes) and discomfort. A shoulder that slips out of place and requires a healthcare provider to relocate the joint is call a shoulder dislocation. Shoulder subluxations are much more common than actual dislocations.
