i am taking vibrania capsule once everyday as i have nerves problem,tingling, numbness. please advise how long do i need to take this tablet?

Up to prescriber: The length of time that anybody should be on a medication prescribed or recommended by a doctor turns out to be the number of days, weeks, months, or years that the doctor decides is appropriate.  Nobody else can or should make such decisions.

broke my foot in september 2022, fully healed now, but i wore a brace, and it caused trauma to big toe, and now constant numbness and toenail, possibly affected, and not sure if will fall off. will i regain feeling or have permanent nerve damage?

: Pressure on your big toe with the brace can cause it to be numb for quite awhile, even a few months. The toe nail falling off is not uncommon if there was butting up of the toe at the end of the toe. This can even happen with running shoes that are too small and constant butting up of the end of the toenail. The nail usually grows back and is not a prooblem.

i had 4 fingers amputated in may. plus skin grafts on hand i am still in pain,throbbing,numb how long will this last? taking gabapentin for nerve pain

Not Good, Hands Down: This is a problem.The tips of the fingers are designed for sensitivity. And the nerves often freak-out when disturbed like yours have been.The pain and heightened sensitivity can last for a long time. So,before your body gets used to it (yes, it can adjust, but you won't like it)you'll need some hand rehab if that pain doesn't go away soon. There's no ideal medication for this, so talk to your doc

Neuropathy: What you described suggests peripheral neuropathy. You should see your doctor for an evaluation and among other things get tested for diabetes. In the meantime take multivitamins, in case it is due to vitamin deficiency.

Not usually: Pinched nerves follow a specific pathway of pain in what is called a dermatome. These are isolated and well mapped in human anatomy. A pinched nerve usually affects one part of an arm or leg or specific part of the body, not an entire side of the body.

There are many types of symptoms like numbness; those that tingle, some that hurt, some feel like pressure or a "thick" sensation, some have a burning heat quality.   Usually with problems in the cervical spine, there tends to be pain associated with the numbness, but not always.  Hope that helps.

Sounds Serious: There are lots of relatively mild diagnosis for numbness, dry mouth and weakness in your arms and legs, but on the life threatening side, you could be having a stroke, or seizure.  I would not spend time guessing, and would seek care immediately.  It would be terrible if you died at your computer wondering if i was wrong.

Numbness is a neurological symptom, and can be from a number of causes including inflammation, compression, trauma, infection, and other processes that can affect the molecular functioning of the nerve membrane.  Most nerves in decay show some mixture of the negative quality of numbness along with positive symptoms like tingling or burning.
