i have had sinusitis for a long time. what treatment can solve my problem?

: Often chronic returning sinus issues are associated with exposure to things that irritate the nasal membranes such are dust, often from construction work, or allergies to things that are around you like pets, plants. There are also rare immune deficiencies or inflammatory on conditions  like eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis.

any treatment or medicines to cure low fertility of woman age-29. we are getting problem in conceiving.(tried 2 times no result). pls advice.

Keep trying: Not certain why you have " low fertility" but woman are advised to try for 1 year before they should be concerned that they have an infertility problem.  This means regular intercourse at least every other day from cycle day 10-20 each month in woman with regular menstrual cycles occurring every 24-35 days.  Trying twice is not an adequate attempt at conception, .

Hormonal problem: You need to find out what is causing your problem. 2 things that come to mind immediately are hypothyroidism and high levels of testosterone, each of which are very common (and commonly underdiagnosed) and can lead to hair loss. Have your doc run some labs thoroughly checking for these problems. Tsh, free t3, (liothyronine) free t4, total t3, (liothyronine) total t4, tpo ab, shbg, estradio, testosterone, insulin, progesterone.

Laser hair removal: Laser hair removal is the most permanent (not completely permanent) of all unwanted hair treatments.  It is often done every 6 weeks until hair is gone and then 1-2x per year to maintain.  You will likely need @ 6 sessions depending on location, density of hair.  Prices for treatment are usually for removal, not only "per session".  Check your options and only get treatment at reputable clinics.

Change in bowels: You are describing a change in your bowels. The best test is a colonoscopy for diagnosis or reassurance all is okay. Don't delay, get in to your doc.

Get the nail out...: If the offending corner of the nail plate is removed you may not need ant antibiotics.  See a podiatrist for treatment.
