Neck Pain Options: This pain in the distribution as you suggested is the result of an irritated nerve or facet joints or other injury typically in the cervical spine (neck) which are caused by herniated disks, spinal stenosis or degenerative disc disease,  etc requiring further evaluation by a spine specialist and may be candidate for facet injections/radiofrequency ablation and epidural steroid injection.

It will go away: This answer is just from one human to another. I obviously don't know your medical history. The things that come out of nowhere tend to go away with time. I have notice that it is very easy to tweak the spine can cause pain that may last for weeks or longer but don't represent damage. If your intuition tells you that something is really wrong, talk to your doctor.

Tinnitus: Tinnitus is complicated and you need to be certain if it's caused by tmj. You need a hearing test and further workup by ent. Tmj is treated conservatively by anti inflammatories (which can exacerbate tinnitus)  jaw exercises, night guard and may need evaluation by an oral surgeon

Neck strain: He may have strained his neck/back due to bad posture.  This is quite common this day an age due to all the devices we use like computers, cell phones etc.  He will benefit from physical therapy and proactively in the future should work on posture to prevent this from re-occuring

 evaluation, follow-up and advice about treatment options. This.may include physical therapy, surgery, pain management consultation. Tens unit, epidural corticosteroid injections, anti-inflammatory meds or pain relievers may be prescribed. At your age get the best care.

A better idea: Your question implies rather severe acne.  I'm not aware of home remedies that are particularly effective on acne this bad.  My suggestion is to have a doctor (primary care or dermatology) evaluate and treat.  Acne can be emotionally and physically scarring!

You need to see your: Internist. Don't delay any longer. There are a few concerns. Lumps and bumps - i feel should always be looked at by a doctor. They often can be mistaken by a patient for something that they are not. I am surprised "mrs success" would actually wait 3 days before first asking for treatment. ...Your internist should be able to help. Good luck.
