Depends on DX: The remedy would be related to the proper diagnosis.  For example if you had a fungal infection causing your itchiness, than an anti-fungal cream would be of help.  If you had an inflammatory dermatitis causing your itch, then a steroid cream may help.  Get an exam and a proper DX for the best treatment, best wishes.

Boil in armpit: This can be caused by an infected hair follicle or cyst.  A more worrisome cause is hidradenitis suppurativa, where recurrent boils form in the armpit and groin areas.  Watch the boil carefully and keep skin clean and dry.  If the boil bursts and pus comes out, it may heal on its own.  If it gets larger and more painful, a Dr, needs to check it.  Don't lance it yourself; it could get worse.

No way: You can not eliminate bacteria on the skin. A very high concentration or the presence of certain more pathogenic bacteria can be problematic. In those cases we use anti-bacterial agents such as antibiotics (topically and/or orally) to treat them. Additionally , the use of other topical anti-microbial agents can be helpful to limit the offending bacteria.

Depends: dark underarms can be caused by pigment changes or infection.  the pigment changes could be related to diabetes or PCOS.  It would be a good idea to see a doctor
