Pas de tout!: The only way the ovulation day can change because of sex is if your wife got pregnant during her previous cycle.  In this case she wouldn't ovulate again until after the birth of your child. Regular sex with your wife is a good thing and I encourage it for many reasons.

Blood test for HCG: It may be useful to get a blood test for HCG level for a proper diagnosis of pregnancy, if that is your concern.

Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

No official count: There is no reason that 60 year old couples can not have sex. If they are both healthy and feeling good, then they can have sex as much as they want to...And they don't have to worry about contraception! for lots of reasons, sexual activity tends to decrease with age, but it does not have to decrease.

Good : Actually, fertility specialists do not recommend that couples trying to get pregnant have sex every day.  They recommend that couples have sex every other day.  If you see each other 3 times a week, that should be enough. Sperm can live in the female reproductive tract for up to 3 days!  long enough to catch that egg :-).

No dilation: Sex can cause release of hormones that can cause contractions and help bring on labor  - as can manipulation of the nipples (probably safer and more comfortable)  Every woman handles labor differently    -  it is true labor  -  if so -  failure to progress (no dilation) may require the OB to intervene  -

Irregular menses: Take a pregnancy test to make sure you aren't pregnant.  No method is 100%, however, 5 years after a tubal you are pretty safe in that regard.  If your test is negative you should have a pelvic ultrasound to check for cysts or fibroids.  Good luck

Normal: It takes an average of 6 months to a year to conceive for an average couple. If you have regular menses and are younger than 35 try for 12 months before having an evaluation. If your menses are very irregular or you are over 35, make an appointment if no pregnancy after 6 months. If you haven't had a preconceptual appt for labs and an exam with a Dr , I would make one. Pls take a prenatal vitamin

Pretty Good: No birth control is perfect. "Pulling out" is not a reliable way to prevent pregnancy. Try an early pregnancy test from the drugstore. If negative, wait a week and repeat the test. If positive, see your OBGyn. If it turns out you're not pregnant then something else is going on. Check it  out. Buy your boyfriend a box of condoms. Tell him "No glove - no love."
