what does it mean if u have reddish bumps on back side of arms by elbows?

Maybe irritation: The reddish bumps could just be irritation from leaning or putting pressure on your elbows.  This happens to me occasionally when i read and lean with my head against my hand with pressure on my elbow.  You could also have a folliculitis or an abscess if more serious.  If it doesn't go away in a few days, you can always see your medical provider to get it checked out, but likely nothing serious.

i have a small, hard reddish bump on my back and its been there for quite some time.  at one point it has seemed to discharged, but its still there. ?

See Dermatologist: A skin lesion that does not heal / resolve should be examined by an expert. If your primary dr is comfortable with evaluating it, ok, otherwise see a dermatologist.

im 23, had constant pnd/sinus issues for years and still do. ive had a single reddish bump on the back wall of my of my throat, almost directly in the middle of my throat. could it be irritated or something more serious?

Gonorrhea? Herpes??: Probably a coincidence; I doubt your symptoms are from the oral sex event. Only two STDs can cause symptoms in 3 days, herpes and gonorrhea. Herpes would be highly painful, so very unlikely. But maybe gonorrhea, which in the throat usually causes few if any symptoms. Ask your partner about symptoms; if gonorrhea, probably will have discharge &amp; painful urination.  Either way, play safe, get tested.

Probably okay: Everyone has large bumps on the back of the tongue. They shouldn't be painful. However it is common for taste buds to get swollen and sore once in awhile. If it lasts longer than 2-3  weeks then a medical exam would be warranted.

: Tiny bumps can describe many kinds of conditions. The most common diagnosis is dermatitis- which can be caused by any kind of irritation (soaps, laundry detergents, new clothes, plants, fleas, mites, etc). Topical application of over the counter hydrocortisone cream may help in the short term. If they persist or spread, see a Dr for examination and diagnosis.

Wen: This sounds like a wen(sebaceous cyst). A physician would have to examine it to be certain. If it's not inflamed or infected, it may not need removal unless it's size causes discomfort.

Many possibilities: This could be infectious, or an allergic reaction or a contact dermatitis or an insect bite.  If this does not resolve quickly you should show this to a doctor.

Skin rash: It can be from 101 causes, such as laundry detergent reaction, eczema, viral illness, dry skin, medication reaction, you should have her checked if she is bothered by it and if she has other symptoms with it.
