Viral, autoimmune: This could be a viral infection. Certainly, one thing to consider would be mono. This is typical in your age group. This usually resolves in 5-10 days but if symptoms continue I would also consider doing some lab as a connective tissue disease could also present like this, with some vague symptoms.

Alcoholic: The brown urine may indicate bilirubin buildup from liver disease. The legs may also indicate liver disease. The shakiness is a concern.  I think he must be evaluated by a doctor.

See a doctor: they sound like hives/urticaria. unfortunately sometimes we can't find a cause. possibly your body reacts to heat/moisture as if it is allergic. I would see a doctor again, but meanwhile, try diphenhydramine/benadryl for the itch and rash. taking a pill like zyrtec/allegra/claritin daily could also help.

Need to know more: Although the description is compatible with atopic eczema( since you probably have allergic rhinitis as well as evidenced by the sneezing), it is not possible to tell without a direct examination.  Consult an allergist or dermatologist.    In meanwhile be sure to bathe daily and apply a skin moisturizer immediately after having sponge dried your skin .

DVT or Phlebitis: This can be a very dangerous situation. If the redness and swelling includes your calves then you need to seek immediate emergency medical care.

If the rash and sores are just in the front of the lower legs this could be phlebitis. 

In either case you need medical attention. If you are having any shortness of breath or chest pain you need to call 911.

See your physician: spider bites notoriously are slow to heal, and can leave large openings. This is something you need to discuss with your position, and you need to keep it clean and protect against infection

Hives vs bites: The question is whether these are bites or hives indicating an allergic response to something internal or external. If the welts clear after a day only to appear elsewhere, this would favor an allergic reaction to food,medication,etc rather than insect bites which last several days at each site. Antihistamines relieve hives and the itching of bites. See your MD as needed.
