i have a dark red spot on top of my foot. it doesn't feel particularly like anything but my foot seems cramped at random times. what could it be?

Not related: The spot could be a range of things from rash, allergic reaction,  blister, birth mark, etc.  There may not be a connection to foot cramping other than dehydration, lack of nutrients, or proper stretching.

Many possibilities: There are many causes of skin discoloration and rashes.   Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections, insect bites and malignancies can cause discoloration of the skin. Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

have a weird vibration at the top of foot/lower ankle. kind of vibrates for a second, goes away, and comes back. almost like a cell phone viration. no pain. red spot on pinky toe, but not area of vibration. what could this be?

: It is hard to tell what it is without a medical examination of your feet.
Two thoughts come to mind.
Athlete's foot caused by a skin fungus is a common condition especially if you live in hot/ humid climate of the sunbelt of USA.
The change in color when you take a shower suggest a vascular cause( temperature related impaired blood circulation).
I would suggest that you see your doctor(PCP/Dermato

See a doctor : If they've been there that long, you should see a podiatrist or dermatologist. It could be dermatitis, a fungal infection, an allergic reaction, or circulation related. The doctor will be able to tell the difference.
