Not related: The spot could be a range of things from rash, allergic reaction, blister, birth mark, etc. There may not be a connection to foot cramping other than dehydration, lack of nutrients, or proper stretching.

I don't believe : Your red spot has anything to do with your foot cramping. See a podiatrist who can take care of your red spot and your cramping.

Dark spot: The spot and cramps in foot are usually unrelated. Spot can be rash, fungus, allergic reaction, cramps are something unrelated.
