Can you have : someone check you for lice? That would be my first concern. After that, you have to think dermatitis of some kind (Huge work up will require doctor visit). The nits are easier to spot than the bugs especially in dark hair and they are usually close to the scalp. You should invest in the combing gel because the glue they use to secure the nits is like concrete.

This condition can affect the hair and skin on any part of the body, including the scalp. Scalp folliculitis is characterized by the appearance of small, white or yellowish pustules, that resemble acne. The pustules can be quite itchy and painful at times. Treatment is with oral antibiotics.

Meds and check: benadryl and pepcid as directed.  if severe I would get it looked at by your doctor.   wash well with warm water.

Herpangina: Usually viral tonsillitis...Herpangina, mono, herpes stomatitis  which usually resolves but takes forever ...Bacterial causes are strep throat etc... Quick visit and testing should pinpoint the culprit ! in the meantime lemon & honey gargle works great! regards!

Likely normal: I wouldn't worry with no symptoms.  These are probably just lymphoid tissue which can be a normal finding in the throat.

See your MD a rapid test can be done to rule it out and if needed antibiotics can be prescribed at the same time
