Possible infection: This could be an infection, bacterial is probably most common, but viral or fungal infection also possible.

Not likely: A 1mm lesion is likely benign and represents either a blood blister, hemangioma or focal inflammatory/vascular extravasation from bug bite. Is it raised? Does it itch? It is very unlikely that a pinpoint red 1mm macule is cancerous. If you are worried, a visit to the dermatologist will give you the reassurance you need.

It : It sounds like you may be dealing with an infectious process (bacterial, viral). Shingles or herpes zoster is a possibility. Honestly it is very difficult to say without seeing the lesions in question. A visit with your doctor is definitely in order.

i have a red pea sized knot right below eyebrow line, woke up and now eye is swollen under it overlapping eyelid. not an igrown hair,any suggestions on what else it could be? knot is extremely sore and hard

Chalazion or stye: This is like an inflammed pimple  on the eyelid. It can be very painful or irritating for a few days but may resolve on its own. You may get relief by applying a warm compress. If the pain and swelling us severe, you may need to apply topical antibiotic cream or consult a physician

have an extremely painful & sore red pimple like bump in one eyebrow( probably due to sweating)red, inflamed & hardhurts even when moving eyebrowbut no head or pus..what can be done? as it is extremely painful?

: You should see your doctor-you may have a small skin abscess that may need to be lanced in order to get the infection out. You may need antibiotics depending on what it looks like after lancing it. Warm compresses may help until you can see your doctor. But, see your doctor ASAP for the proper diagnosis and treatment. Best of luck to you!

Dry eye: Dry eye, allergies are common causes. Try refresh tears (over the counter).  If having pain, light sensitivity, eyelid matting, or redness  then see an optometrist or ophthalmologist.

i get a slight pain when i rub my eye no ichiness or redness just a sore feeling could this be serious??? and its only in my left eye

Balanitis: Presumably "inflation" is a typo -- inflammation? Stop using the Travacort:  this and other steroids are exactly the wrong kind of treatment for balanitis (inflammation under the foreskin). Balanitis often involves yeast infection, and cortisone and related products can make it worse. Just retract and wash with soap &amp; water twice daily. If that doesn't help, see a doctor for management. Good luck.

Chalazion: This is caused by a blocked excretory duct in a gland, but this gland does not know its duct is blocked so it continues to produce its secretions causing pain and a lump on the lid.  Use warm moist compresses 10 min 4 x day.

i have a sore eye when i blink. the lower left lid has a small bubble in the corner away from tear duct. there's redness around that area?

Stye: An eye Dr can scrape it away. Meanwhile you should apply hot soaks. When it drains it will heal and feel better.
