Keep it dry: keep it dry you can use from over the counter hydrocortison cream and take banadryl at night to prevent you from itching

M.D. visit: Eczema may be associated with allergies. It can involve various areas, including the elbows and knees. Eczema is treated with moisturizers and topical steroids. Lotion is easier to apply to a larger affected area and is less dense than ointment or cream. Limiting bath time to 15 minutes with luke warm water/apply moisturizer afterwards. Other causes incl insect bite or contact dermatitis.

: Really the best way to have an accurate diagnosis and get appropriate care &amp; followup is to consult a dermatologist.  Scalp eczema does occur and is called seborrheic dermatitis and causes dandruff. In my experience scalp psoriasis is less itchy and more difficult to treat because of thick scales. For eczema your pharmacist can recommend shampoos&amp;lotions.  A dermatologist should treat psoriasis
