Irritation?: Dermatitis is a red circular rash.  It could be that.  You can try Hydrocortisone 1% cream 3 times a day for a week.  If that doesn't work then you should be seen to find out what it is.  Ringworm is itchy and raised, so that is not likely in your case.

Nflammation or infec: It may be the telltale sign of infection or inflammation. Also could be caused by a bug bite of some sort as well as an infected hair follicle all are infected duct.

Dermatitis: Itching of the skin with redness and bumps usually represents a form of dermatitis.  A Dermatologist or primary care physician can evaluate your skin to diagnose exactly what the problem is.  Trying different creams by trial and error may cure the problem, but only by accident.  
Get some professional help with the problem, that way an accurate diagnosis can be made

Allergic reaction: This could be an allergic reaction. See your MD and they can evaluate if it is. Absolutely see MD urgently if you have itchiness in throat or troubles swallowing, fever, skin peeling.

Could be infection: The redness  and pain indicate that there is inflammatory process which could be infection ( mastitis ) could be some other serious condition . I would suggest you see your family doc for full evaluation . Best of wishes

i have been feeling a pain inbetween my breasts for the past day. i know that isn't very long but i just want to know what it could be? it feels like i have a burn there and when my shirt touches it, it's painful. however, there is no redness.

Multitude of things: If it worsens, then see your DR
Shingles will sometimes start with similar symptoms, prior to getting the rash.

If it gets worse, does not go away in the next few days, or you get a rash--see you DR

HOLD ON: do not use the Elicon yet..it contains a steroid which might not be useful if what you are decribing is an INFECTION ..Try some moist warm packs to the area and if the redness spreads you need to have a real (not virtual) exam and treatment by your PCP or GYN!

BTW a local antibiotic cream/ointment might be useful in between soaks (Soak every TWO HRS)

Depends: This depends on the type of redness and irritation that you are having.  Some general causes:  breast infection/mastitis, detergents, soap, lotion.  Is there a mass or swelling associated with it?
I highly recommend you get evaluated by your doctor. This is a difficult question to answer without having an examination.
