i have 3 red (bites/rashes) biggest, bigger and big on my rib cage. a dr said shingles but i think bug bites (bed bugs?). i found zero bugs in my bed.

Topical antibiotics: Pain, redness, sometimes itching, blisters and a rash especially along a rib, that does not cross the midline either in the front or back, is very concerning and characteristic  for shingles. Antiviral medication would best treat this. If it's just a localized area of redness and swelling, topical antibiotics may be helpful.

25 year old male, blood work normal besides, alt at 121, and wbc at 3. body almost feels toxic, better when not eating. red veins on the sides of my rib cage, discoloration almost like bruising around eyes, rash on both feet. liver or blood problem?

Burning rash: What you are describing sounds like shingles.  Have you been under a lot of stress?  You need to go to the ER or go see your doctor for medication for this, the sooner the faster it goes away

Consider shingles: If you had chickenpox earlier in your life, you should think about shingles  (Zoster infection). Check if a rash is starting and try to see if the painful/sensitive area of the skin is in a swath or rectangular area. If so, this is likely to be Zoster and you should consider visiting your doctor. If none of that applies, maybe provide more info like any lifting or recent injury...

Nondiagnostic: Your symptoms are nondiagnostic at this time, but early  shingles is a possibility as an inflammation/irritability of a nerve in that area is suggested. Observe for the appearance of a rash there. Gall bladder or liver  disorder seems less likely as a cause of your symptoms. If symptoms persist see your physician for evaluation.

i have a red rash that itches on my groin. the doc said its shingles but i'm not buying it. i think it's genital herpes? any advice? what should i do

Both are herpes: Viruses.  Herpes zoster (shingles) are almost always on one side in a band like pattern and simplex can be on both sides at the same time if occurring for the first time but if recurrent usually just a small patch. Shingles is uncommon but can occur in a 29 year old.

Allergy: Sounds like a contact allergy. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) might help but seek medical care if it persists.

i had poison oak for two weeks.  it has now being replaced by a rash with small red bumps on my ribs, chest, back-itches, burns and a yeast infection ?

What's the question: Sounds like a continuation of the poison oak which can last for weeks unless interrupted by treatment with steroids.  If you have a yeast infection on top of this it might be a little concerning with regards to your immune status, but if it remains localized may just be due to the exposed areas of contact dermatitis.  If your develop any other symptoms see your doctor.
