Give it 48 hrs: If no discomfort, just give it a couple of days to see if they would go away.  If they are getting worse , painful, or itchy, see your doctor.

: Most likely a yeast (candida) infection. Common in moist areas of the body . U may need an oral antifungal

it sounds like something you need to have checked out by a physician. Based on the symptoms and signs you have described it could be several things. Eczema typically does not secrete clear fluid, nor does dermatitis. Yeast is a possibility but you still need to rule out other things such as herpatic lesions especially if there is pain associated with the rash.

Need to be seen!: Best thing to do is to have it checked by a dermatologist.  If the small bumps are dome shaped with a central dimple, it could be molluscum contagiosum. This is a skin rash caused by a viral infection that can spread by sexual contact. Early lesions on the genitalia may be mistaken for herpes or warts but, unlike herpes, these lesions are painless. Have it checked and diagnosed. Hope this helps.
