See your doc!: Sounds like you may be drinking a bit too much. But it may also be an allergic reaction, or some problem with your kidneys. Alcohol can give you a great high, but the downward plunge afterwards can be devastating! you can experiment by avoiding alcohol for a couple of weeks and see if the symptoms fade. If not, please check with a medical doctor.

ETOH dehydrogenase: You likely have a genetic variation where your body does not produce as much of the enzyme that breaks down alcohol, called alcohol dehydrogenase. There isn't a way to change that so you ought to consider drinking smaller amounts of alcohol.

Blame your genes: Some people lack an enzyme for metabolizing alcohol, and so they have flushing when they drink. The enzyme is called alcohol dehydrogenase. Your : Your symptoms are concerning, and this persistent rash needs to be evaluated, as does the pain in your testicles.  It was appropriate that you had std screening, and while reassuring that it is negative, i agree with your doctor that the specialist should be seen.  If you have increased rash, fever, increased pain, or vomiting, then you would need to be seen immediately.

Seborrhea: This sounds like what is called seborrheic dermatitis or seborrhea.  First try to use a water based moisturizer such as Cetaphyl.  If this doesn't work try over the counter cortisone, twice a day for 2-3 days at a time.  If you still are having trouble, then go see your dermatologist.  Unfortunately, seborrhea is a chronic condition.  There is no cure for it.  So treat it only when it's active.

Evaluation: Please consult a physician for proper diagnosis and treatment. It could be seborrheic dermatitis, allergic reaction, infection , sun damage etc to mention few possibilities.
