Yeast infection: Herpes does not spread. It us a cluster of very painful blisters. You have a yeast infection. You have already been told this. If you do not believe  the doctors here please go have the rash examined by your physician in person.

This could be a lot: of things like boil, hemorrhoids, lymphnode, varicocele etc. See your doctor for a check up.

You : You can see a small fine red rash after a MMR vaccine but the rash you describe has occurred too long after receiving the vaccine.  No need to fear the MMR vaccine.  The rash you describe sounds like hives.  The next time it happens, take a picture of it to show your pediatrician. Phone cameras are great for documenting short lived rashes like this since odds are your child may not have it at the time of the doctor visit.

: Yes, it can, as alcohol is irritant and will cause local chemical inflammation, pain and swelling. There must be a reason for why you decided to rub alcohol on your genitals (a potential infection/rash?) and that by itself can cause above symptoms as well. Or in other words a different cause contributing to your symptoms cannot be ruled out, best to have your doc examine and make recommendations.

Bumps.: A lump on the scrotum is usually a sebaceous cyst, which can become red if infected.  Also, if you shave, it could be an infected hair follicle.  Check with your physician.

Tinea corporis.: My guess is tinea corporis which is a fungal infection of the skin .It causes an itchy, red, often ring-shaped rash in these warm, moist areas of your body.
 It is common in people who sweat a lot, as do athletes. It usually respond to topical anti fungals creams like . Clotrimazole cream  applied topically

Testicular pain: Sounds like you have orchitis or epididymo-orchitis  - inflammation of the tetis and/or epididymis. You should get a proper evaluation and treatment with your doctor.

Itching: have you used any soaps, lotions, lubricants recently?  Itchy skin is usually inflamed, and this part of the body is sensitive to things like this.  Without rash, I'd assume this is pretty benign.  You can use Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream for itching.  Your doctor can make some more aggressive recommendations for you if that doesn't help.

i have a small red bump on my testicle that doesn't stop bleeding. is it a possibility to cauterize it. it's not much smaller than a lower case "o"?

Exposed blood vessel: if it is constantly bleeding it may be a surface blood vessel. Cauterizing it should help. Also you may want to avoid the Aspirin you are taking until you see your physician.
