Eczema??: If you indeed have eczema it is almost always bilaterally symmetrical. If you have a patch on the right hand side you almost certainly will have an equivalent sized patch on the left hand side. Very commonly it shows up in the flexor creases of the elbows and behind the knees. Dry conditions exacerbate it so get a good moisturizer and smear it on when soaking wet, post shower. Most don't use them

See eye MD: See an eye MD in person to determine the cause. There could be many different causes including plugged glands, dermatitis reaction to something that got on the skin, molluscum, and many others.

i have one small red pimple like bump with a little bit of white on the surface inside my vulva near the opening opening. it only itches on that side and i have no other symptoms. could it be herpes? i have to wait 5 days to see a gyno?

: This certainly could be herpes, either a very mild first infection or a recurrent outbreak of a previous infection if acquired more than 2-3 months ago. Accurate HSV testing by PCR test of the lesion should be done ASAP; 5 days may be too late. Try and work out a quicker visit, if only for a quick swab and out the door; in that case, the result may be available for your appointment in 5 days.

Spot: Sounds like a an abscess , sebaceous cyst or some type of folliculitis. Typically a lesion of this nature would need incision and drainage. I would be seen by a provider.

red bump inside nose right at the nostril opening also small pimple on the outside of nose just on one side what is this? should i pick at it or leave it alone.. earlier the outside of my nose was red and tingling now its not. it also itches

Ideas: This is likely a oil gland infection at the base of a hair root, (folliculitis).Applying moist heat will sometimes improve circulation enough that it will spontaneously drain &amp; heal. If you pick it the infection can spread to surrounding tissues &amp; create a noticeable scar or need more aggressive treatment. Applying antibiotic ointment just inside the nasal outlet can also help.

i have developed a rash & no clue what it is.  started with red bumps on left waistline, then right, then right arm, now left.  it looks almost like severe acne, but isn't and itches.  any ideas?

I would suggest seeing your DR and get the correct DX and treatment if necessary.

Many varied sx’s: This wide range of symptoms would be hard to fit together in one diagnosis, stress &amp; anxiety could possibly lead to them: stress can change hormone balance which can lead to pimples. Get tested.: Vagina's do not typically get pimples.  I am more concerned that what you are describing can be an infection like herpes.  These can be little pimple like lesions that hurt or itch.  They can bleed when scratched.  A simple swab (viral culture of rapid test) can tell you if it is herpes.  If not, having a look by a doctor can set you down the right path to cure.

Small abscess...: most treatment for that type of lesion involves draining it and then applying alcohol followed by antibiotic cream or ointment three times daily x 7 days

Rash: The most common things would be bacterial or fungus infection. Bacteria cause a red tender warm site. Fungus cause red dry itchy spot that may spread outward. There are a few other possibilities so you should get it checked by a doctor to get the right treatment.
