i scraped my mole a month ago and now the scrape healed but there is a little redness and the mole came back a bit darker will my mole go to its orgin?

It may: A mole or nevus is a benign skin growth that can easily be removed in the office with local anesthesia. Depending on the depth of the lesion and the technique used for removal, the mole may return if not removed completely. As the growth is benign this occurrence is not alarming. You can have your doctor take a look at the area if you are concerned. A biopsy can easily be performed to be sure.

See doc: Unfortunately, the description you provided is not enough to tell whether it's dangerous or not. Seeing it would be a way better way to tell. Sometimes a biopsy is needed.

: Yes, I would recommend that you have her doctor look at it either in person or via telemedicine to start with. They can let you know if it is concerning and needs a specialist. Also, would want to know how long it has been there and if it has changed in shape, size, color.

Red Bumps on Stomach: Red bumps which develop as we age are usually collections of blood vessels called hemangiomas. I would encourage you to see a dermatologist with a vascular laser. They should be able to confirm the diagnosis and treat them with the laser.

how to differentiate between a new red mole and an acne?

Acne are tender: Red moles are usually slow to develop and are painless. They are often called Cherry angiomas and are benign. They do not change or go away. 
Acne on the other hand are due to a plugged sebaceous gland which then gets inflamed. So by nature they are tender on pressure and do not remain unchanged over a matter of a few days(get better or worse) and resolve in 3-4 weeks.

Irritated mole: Its very possible that a mole or benign lesion can get irritated and scratched off. If it is gone, monitor for recurrence. If it grows back get it evaluated by a dermatologist. For now, do some wound care with plain petroleum jelly ointment 2/day. If it gets worse ir you are worried about an infection, see your dr.

Possible: Infection of the wound from the open area.May need examination and antibiotics.

i have a small, flat 1mm mole on my elbow, where i also have eczema. when my eczema flares up and i itch it, the mole looks inflamed. it also sometimes develops "crust" over it but then clears up. there is redness around the mole. should i be worried?

: It is difficult to tell whether this is just eczema that is out of control or if there is another problem developing, just based on your description. Your primary doctor or a dermatologist would be able to give you better advice after they see the encrusted area. Good luck.
