Unanswerable: That is way too broad. There are probably a million different breads.  I would bet that if you look at the packaging of the bread it will tell you.  But, it all depends on the ingredients, what the size of the slice is and a hundred other variables.

Energy wise, NO!: 100 calories of anything is 100 calories and will require the exact same amount of exercise to burn those calories (approximately 1 mile walk/run in a 150lb individual). However, 100 calories of fat are more easily stored as adipose tissue than 100 calories of carbohydrate like bread which will need to be biochemically altered to be configured into adipose tissue. But alas, this is another topic.

Doesn't fill you up: If you are on a restricted calorie diet, other foods will help you feel full with a lot less calories. Bread and rice offer a lot of calories which convert quickly to sugar in the body. Then you are hungry again. Whole fresh fruit and vegetables offer a lot more nutritional value and are more slowly digested.

Depends: Brown bread is fine.  Most women need to increase caloric intake during pregnancy.  The exact number of calories you need depends on your pre pregnancy weight and your bmi.  Women who begin pregnancy at a higher bmi should ideally gain less weight than women who start with a lower bmi.  For a specific recommendation ask your ob.

Keep it simple: Consider fiber as the equivalent of sawdust. Since you are not a termite, you don't have the enzymes needed to turn this natural fiber into fuel, so it does not count as calories.

You should be fine: Whether you gain weight or not is a balance between how much you take in and how much you lose by exercise, etc.  It is not uncommon to be sleepy after eating, particularly after lunch.

You can as long as: calories burned exceed calories consumed. Drink at least 8  - 8 oz glasses of water per day. Try for 8 hours of sleep/night.  Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables &amp; 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol &amp; junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic &amp; weight lifting exercises.
