Discoloration: The discoloration can be improved by using virgin coconut oil. It may take 3-4 weeks to notice improvement

Maybe yeast: It sounds like you have yeast or what is commonly called "jock itch." luckily over the counter yeast creams are available. If it does not improve then you will need to see a doctor.

Allergic reaction: We can develop allergies even if we haven't changed the type of products we use. I would start by changing my laundry detergent to a hypoallergenic one. If that doesn't work, you can use a hypoallergenic soap like neutrogena. If you are no better after these changes, you need to see a dermatologist or allergist.

Periorbital rash: May be infection like strep or may be lyme which can have a multitude of presentations. Could also  be allergic reaction-new topical creams on face or soaps? Very rarely may be HSP variant (Henoch-Schonlein purpura) any joint pains/ lower extremity rash or dots? Keep hydrated .Would follow up with  doc over next 24 -48 hours

Cold compress: Peri-orbital (around the eye) edema (swelling) can be reduced by a cold compress to the area. This prevents capillary dilation and decreases edema. The itching is indicative of allergy type reaction. Either an over the counter oral antihistamine or over the counter topical eye allergy drop (also antihistamine) should help as well.

Foot fungus: You most likely have a fungal infection called Athletes foot or tinea pedis.  Get some Lamisil (terbinafine) or Lotrimin cream OTC and use it twice daily.  Expose your feet to the air by wearing flip flops or sandals.  Soak the feet in white vinegar or Epsom salts daily.  If it doesn't improve or you see red streaks going up your leg see a doctor immediately.
