: considering your data, the process of healing might take another few days to become healed. Next time, make sure that you use the proper sun protection and sunscreens PRIOR  to exposing yourself to the sun.

Likely contact: Localized skin issues are often due to things that contact that space.I suppose you are right handed &amp; touch that side of your face with contaminated fingers or you lay on that side to sleep.Unwashed fingers can carry a variety of plant/animal/dirt/chemical material to the site.You could also have a variant of a cold sore erupt as a similar event. An exam might help sort it out. It is not hormonal

Consult dermatology: Without the symptoms of redness, itch or tenderness, one has to consider a systemic dermatological condition.  A dermatology consult may be necessary.  However, your pcp or a podiatrist may begin a work-up with a biopsy and bloodwork.

i have dry peeling skin on my right breast.. very little on left breast as well, mostly around my areola..could it be dry skin? no itching no redness.

Probably: This probably is a case of dry skin.  This might be caused by friction from exercise (especially runners) soaps, hot showers, hot baths - basically anything that can strip away the oils that keep our skin from drying and peeling.  If it doesn't improve with a skin moisturizer, it is best to see your Dr to determine why.

Blisters on hand: May be dyshidrosis, a form of eczema or eczema . Antihistamines may help as can  topical steroids may help in short term but long term can repredispose to infection and/or  skin thinning. Would f/u /w/ dermatologist.

i have redness on each sides of my nose. it's irritating  and more flakes of skin comes off im not really worried just want it gone so please help ty?

Need more info: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and may be doing some tests. Persistent "rash" around the nose suggests a couple of things, rosacea and lupus. It would be prudent to consult your doctor.
