Many reasons: There are many causes for this, most are viral.  Since your child does not want to eat or drink (drinking is the real problem), your child needs to be evaluated.  If your child does not urinate at least 3 x in 24 hours, your child could be getting dehydrated which warrants an evaluation.

Consider medical chk: Headaches can be due to many causes. What you are describing may  be a Migraine which is often associated with Eye symptoms. MIgraine headaches are often one sided(Half of the head is affected) and tend to get worse on exertion. I would suggest a medical check up by either a good Internist or go to a neurologist to find out the cause of your headache?
