i have a blister on the bottom of my foot near my center toe. the blister turned black n there is a little red skin and dots. been like this 4 a week?

Blood blister: It sounds like it could be a blood blister.  If you have any other medical problems or it persists, you should see your doctor.

i have what appears to be a bite on the bottom of my foot that has caused severe swelling and redness. its itchy but if i touch it the pain is excruciating. the redness is now also on the top of my foot and now up past my ankle?

Do not wait...: Do not wait any longer. Go see the PCP or go to ER for Treatment. If tetanus immunization is not current, make sure it is done asap.

Hematoma: Probable organized blood under the skin and skin irritation. Ice application may reduce further swelling and use of topical antibiotics may help irritation for such symptoms. Diabetics may see a doctor as serious infections could occur.

ive got plantar psoriasis.the bottom of my foot is almost healed. now, on the side of my toe,ive got a red inflamed area with blisters.could it be from wearing the same tennis shoes &now its a fungal thing?can i use clobetasol proprionate+lotrimin?

Cortisone cream: try applying cortisone cream to the area up to 4x daily if necessary. If there is pus, you may need a topical or oral abx.  Antihistamine may help but likely does little at this stage
