i have a handful (approx. 10) of small red dots on stomach, arms, and legs. i also have bone pains that comes and goes all over my body. cbc with differential came back all normal. should i still be concerned about leukemia?

Most likely nothing: Most red pin point dots as you describe are small blood vessel variations called capillary hemangiomas. Most are congenital, although some can develop over time. Some blood vessel problems can represent serious changes but present as different than described, and can have easy bruising or bleeding. No emergency, but since you are concerned, find the time to have your provider check you out.

Dots: These would have to be examined by a physician for diagnosis. If they fade away they could have been rupture of tiny blood vessels in the skin(capillaries). If they are permanent with no change in color, they may be nevi(like freckles) or hemangiomas but these are usually slightly raised. Certainly get them checked if new ones appear or for peace of mind.

i have a bite on the lower part of my stomach.  it is red around the bite with a black dot in the middle. what could it be?

Infected skin cyst?: I don't know what is meant by bite. But a black dot in the middle with sorrounding redness could be from a infected skin cyst called sebacious/epidermal cyst. If very small it could be an acne , as it can come in hairy areas close to lower abdomen. Don't squeeze it as it can cause more infection. Redness indication of inflammation and possible infection. As the size is not clearly statted, go to pcp.

Petechiae can be a sign of a number of conditions that can be serious, so please have it checked.

Skin lesions: It will he helpful if you describe the lesions a little more. It could be some spots on stretch marks, seborrhic keratitis, hemangiomas etc. It’s important to see it to be able to diagnose it.
