be careful, you might be very very contagious. There are some good antiviral medications. You should get checked out!

Stronger cream: You should be evaluated by a doctor, who may prescribe a stronger prescription-strength steroid cream if they think it appropriate. Hydrocortisone was a good thing to start with! Sometimes it's not strong enough.

Hard to tell: without examination, however you can have a shower, apply OTC hydrocortisone 1℅ , like anti-itch cream, and take an OTC antihistamine, unless contraindicated, if no improvement or getting worse, see your doctor, good luck

Many possible causes: Best to get evaluated to get accurate diagnosis but possibilities include folliculitis, grover's disease (wax/wanes often worse in hot weather), drug reaction.

Hard to say: If the rash occurs only on sun exposed area, one needs to consider photosensitizing from lotion applied or drug taken. Some ingredients in sunscreen can also induced photoallergic reaction. Try changing sunscreen PABA-free or one with a different active ingredient. Topical cortisone may help

Itchy back: You might be allergic to your shampoo or another hair care product. Without a medical exam it would be difficult to say. Consider using only a non sensitizing shampoo such as free and clear and avoid other treatments. If that doesn't work seek out a board certified allergist or dermatologist.

Best to ignore: The more you mess with it the more it will mess with you. Ignore it. It should get better no matter what you do. If you have to do something put otc cortisone cream on it.

It can, but: Unlikely in your case, you are still entitled to get other types of skin problems than scabies!! Can't tell what do you exactly have, if you really suffer see your doctor again, good luck

See doctor: This could be many things, pityriasis rosea, contact dermatitis, erythema multiforma -  it is hard to say without seeing and feeling it.  treatment would involve medication for the itching and possilby something else.  I doubt that this is related to the ablation, but a fixed drug reaction is a possibilty.  It is worth being seen

Many things: There are many things that could cause those symptoms. Thyroid disease, eczema, diabetes, dietary changes, allergies, and so on. You should see a doctor to have the rash and other symptoms evaluated.
