Possible rash : Rashes are best treated by first determining the cause. I would recommend that you see your doctor since it is difficult to diagnose online.

my tongue is white with red spots towards the back of my throat. it itches a bit. i have also had a cold for a week and feel very run down.

Could be: a few things.
Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, 
And... there are large taste buds at the back of the throat. Phlegm going down the back of the throat, yeast, food/cold medicines/many other things in the mouth coat the tongue white except for those taste buds.
This would Not be serious, or even abnormal.
or infections allergies....etc.

took monistat 1 two days ago and it has calmed down swelling and redness and all pain but still itches inside like crazy. is something else wrong even though it did clear up most symptoms?

: Give it a few more days. With successful treatment, symptoms of vaginal yeast infection typically take several days to clear up entirely.

i have a dry skin rash on the sides and  back of my stomach.  it looks like reddish straight linear lines & it itches.  i have had it for over a week.?

Hard to tell: Unfortunately like so many rashes a picture is worth a thousand words. It would be worth seeing your doctor who can often answer the question with a quick look and prescribe an appropriate cream.  In general itchy rashes suggest an allergic cause (with several exceptions), and can often be easily treated with steroid creams.

just noticed my left eye is really red. no pain, no itching, no pus, no vision loss. just red. on computer for 4 hours straight. is that the cause?

Bleed: Sounds like  a sub-conjunctival hemorrhage.  As long as the vision is unchanged and there is no pain, everything should be fine.  If it is a little irritated, then you can use an artificial tear up to 4 times a day to lubricate. This is due to a blood vessel leaking blood and is usually without cause.  Sometimes straining or blood thinner can cause this. If it continues to happen, follow up!

Many things: Insect/parasite bites, folliculitis, viral exanthem, allergic reaction, are just a few things that it could be.  See your doctor if it persists or bothers you.

Likely shingles : This could likely be shingles or herpes zoster. There could be infection or cellulitis of the fingers as well. It is difficult to comment without seeing a picture. Please see your doctor for an examination

HIVES or URTICARIA: Generalized  hives can be very uncomfortable. Your md might give Epinephrine or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) shot to make you better.
