Infection, allergy: This may be infected. Stop squeezing. You also may be allergic to the ink and developing keloids. This needs treatment with an experienced dermatologist who is familiar with tattoos.You may need stereos to suppress this reaction.

Might be infected!: It is possible. Is it tender to the touch? Do you experience pain and swelling? If so, I would recommend seeing a podiatrist who would prescribe you a topical antibiotic as well as an oral one if it is warranted.

Staph Infections: Yes. Of course.  I am not sure why you have not gone to the doctor. This is not a kind of infection and not a place to just wait and let it get worse.  Please get to your family doctor urgently.

Red bumps on buttock: May be folliculitis or dry skin-eczema, rarely bites or ringworm/fungal. Could try some desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) or A&amp;D ointment with zinc oxide  as it has skin protection and antibacterial/ antifungal properties(zinc oxide).  other alternative are bacitracin as an antibacterial and a topical steroid (first apply bacitracin ,then the topical steroid. As with most rashes.: ...This could be a variety of things.  This could be a virus, or this could be a bacterial infection that would respond to an antibiotic. This could even be tiny insects in the skin.  It cannot be diagnosed online.  You must see a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
