i have little red bumps on my hands and feet that hurt. what is this?

Allergy or Virus: It can be an allergic reaction or a viral rash like hand, foot, and mouth disease which is causing appearance of the small red bumps. 
If it is allergic take some oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or loratadine.
Apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin.
If symptoms persist get an evaluation done by a dermatologist. Treatment can be then started.

i have small canker sores in my mouth and tonsils,now red bumps on hands/feet.no fever,not itchy.ear hurts a little too.any idea?

occasionally, i get small red bumps on my hands. usually once every 3 months. im not sure what is causing this reaction. the bumps do not hurt nor itch. should i be concerned?

: Since this is cyclic in occurrence, I would keep a diary of foods or recent contacts that may attribute to this.  Your PCP could follow for treatment if needed.

Hand eczema: Sounds like you have hand eczema. Treatment is to avoid hand irritants and solvents.  Then to apply topical steroids.
