Viral infection: This sounds very typical of several viral illnesses.  Adenovirus, Coxsackievirus Virus, Epstein Bar Virus and several others.  Hang in there, I hope you feel better soon.

Upper Respiratory I: You should see a physician.  You probably have an Upper Respiratory Infection. Get examined and possibly treated.

Culture: The white material in your throat may be from yeast, viral or bacterial infection or even infectious mononucleosis. If it persists see your physician who will order a throat culture and any other tests deemed appropriate.

Could be several: Things.  Please consult with your dentist or an oral surgeon for an exam to check this bump.  The most common pink/red cheek bump is called a fibroma which is not cancer.  Trauma may have caused this "scar like" bump. However, you really need to have this looked at to make sure it  is nothing to worry about or if it needs to be removed and/or biopsied.

See your dentist: Well it is not easy to guess on line, sorry but if it is not going away within a few days you should see your dentist, it could be something very benign or just an irritation but i would still get it evaluated professionally.

Contact allergy?: May be a contact irritant from acid or spicy food or toothpaste.  Viruses can sometimes do this.  Will probably just go away.

Sounds like cold sor: If they look like little blisters they are probably a cold sore caused by the herpes virus. over the counter abreva works nicely on cold sores, but if it doesn't go away in a week i would see a dermatologist.

Torus: Hard lumps in the roof of the hard part of the palate are usually a congenital and normal variant called torus palatinus(bull's palate) and requires no treatment. An otolaryngologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you if you have further concerns or if the lumps are in the soft part of the palate.
