Get prostate exam: blood in semen and dark stool suggests blood in stool ....have prostate exam and a prescription for Bactrim or cipro (ciprofloxacin) to rule out prostate infection.   Don't delay because it can be more serous.....high PSA test can be infection or prostate cancer....it takes a while to get through all the testing so don't waste time getting in.

Need GI Follow Up: Darker the stool higher up the GI tract. Now you mention red brown than more red. Sounds like you could have hemorrhoids but the black tar could be an ulcer or gastritis etc etc. You may need egd and colonscopy esp if family history of colon cancer or peptic ulcer disease.

Stool color: Stool color is very dependent on diet. What one eats affected your stool color.
There are rare conditions like malabsorption, biliary obstruction that can affect stool color as well.

Could be infection.: This could be an infection, and as such you may require an antibiotic or two.  You should be evaluated right away.

Yeast rash: One of the conditions that can cause some flaking and scaling on the chin area is "seborrheic dermatitis"  this is a common yeast overgrowth problem and is worsened by stress, anxiety and some other triggers.  Try some head & shoulders shampoo as a face wash three times a week, leave on 30 seconds.  If this doesn't clear is up in a couple weeks, follow up with a dermatologist or your primary.

Unlikely: Likely inflammation in the airway with small blood flecks from excessive coughing. Usual therapy is narcotic cough rx ie Codeine and steroids with abs for significant fever. If symptoms do not improve, tou need x-rays and possible bronchoscopy.

You're bleeding: Gi bleeding can be without warning, brisk, & originate anywhere in the gut (from esophagus, stomach, to rectum. Don't hesitate to seek urgent evaluation/care especially if lightheaded, dizzy, weak. Sources of particular concern: bleeding stomach ulcers, ischemic colitis, infectious colitis, inflammatory bowel disease. Get right to a doctor, &consider stopping any non-prescribed NSAID drugs now.

Constipation: Yes your diet is responsible for your constipation. Various colors represent some of the bad food youve eaten. Thevred represents blood due to straining or possible fissure or hemorrhoid. Start eating more fruits and vegetables, high fiber cereals, legumes and nuts to become more regular.
