Activity related: First is to consider whether there is any regular activity you do which could be causing this (i.e. Having to work on your knees, or playing soccer, etc).  Next, you may need evaluation for a possible bleeding disorder which could explain your recurring problem.

See a Dermatologist: This could be (and is likely) benign.  However, from your description it should be examined and possibly biopsied depending how it looks.

Need more info: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining the lesion. It is not likely to be cancer, however, you should discuss it with your doctor at the next opportunity.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

ive had a hit to my collarbone and ever since then ive got these re-accuring sharp pains and bruising in the inside? what could be causing the pain?

Contusion: How old is the injury? A bone bruise would take up to two weeks for symptoms to resolve. See your physician if pain or tenderness are worsening or if there is obvious deformity at the  injured site. An xray would then be ordered.

Laceration: Dear serval. I don't know deep the original laceration was or what structures were damaged.  You may need to see a hand surgeon to get a handle on this one. Good luck.

Could be Serious...: Although your symptoms are not totally classic for deep vein phlebitis, they are close enough to warrant an immediate evaluation of such. A hands on exam and perhaps a test or two would either affirm or rule out the possibility of a potentially very serious condition. This is one of those times where the wait and see approach is not recommended.

What you describe: may be what we call a "dysaesthesia".  This is a sensation we perceive that doesn't have any obvious cause.  Pain from an injury is NOT a dysaesthesia b/c there's an obvious cause. Dyasethesias are often caused by inflammation, pressure or overreaction of the nerves that send impulses from a specific part of the body to the brain. Determining a specific diagnosis or cause requires a medical eval.

Time to get checked.: it sounds like this has been going on a while. You need to get a good physical and appropriate labwork and other testing to get to the bottom of this.  Might me some simple fix. If you have had fever for more than 3 days or it is over 101 or 102 and not relieved by Tylenol, (acetaminophen) you need to get seen today. Avoid Ibuprofen with easy bruising. No alcohol, drugs, supplements or otc meds not okayed by doc.

BONE PAIN HAIR LOSS: How long has this been going on? You may have a serious problem what with your bone pain, hair loss, breathing problems, and bruising. There are some medications that can be rsponsible for all these. Do see your  doctor soon about this.Best luck.
