Stones, stones: Kidney stones serve as a reservoir for bacteria since the local mileau of the stone is not real optimal for antimicrobials to work.  Get rid of the stones if you can and the infection may be able to be eradicated.

Urine analysis: Most people who have passed on stone will pass another stone in their lifetime.  If the stones are of a certain type (calcium oxalate), certain changes in behavior or medicines can be helpful. In all cases, the focus should be producing large amounts of dilute urine by drinking water (at least two liters).  This makes it less likely for small stones (gravel) to form into bigger stones.

No: Hi. Nope, stones NOT due to low vitamin D. You should do an accurate 24-hour urine for creatinine (for validation), calcium, oxalate, citrate, phosphate, and sodium; UA for urine pH. Your total calcium looks a tad high; confirm total calcium and albumin, and ionized calcium. You should see an experienced endocrinologist or nephrologist for a thorough evaluation. Good luck!

Uncertain: These test results don't add up to a straight forward answer.  However, I would be concerned about the possibility of recurrent primary hyperparathyroidism.  You should take Vit D to eliminate Vit D deficiency as a cause for high PTH levels.  Once this is done, if you still have high PTH with high calcium levels, you have recurrent primary HPTH and will need surgery again.

Question?: You have not clearly asked a question.  If at your age you have now had two kidney stones, clearly you have a disorder leading to stone formation.  There are many of these, so you need to see a specialist to figure out what you have and how to treat it to minimize the chances of further stone formation.

Need ua c&s: You need to have a urine analysis with culture and sensitivity.  Also, pelvic ultrasound. Did you ever have abdominal or pelvic surgery.  If so, your at risk for other problems. Well then once you have identified the causative organism, you can begin treatment. I am not sure you would benefit from bladder training.  Any problems found on imaging will need followed.

Yes: It may be extremely difficult to successfully eradicate UTI with kidney stones present, both because they are a form of obstruction and infection occurs behind an obstructed focus as well as because bacteria will adhere to a foreign body like the stone and form a protective coating over themselves that protects against antibiotics and WBCs and antibodies.
