Anal Fissure common: From this limited detail, i suspect anal fissure.
This is the most common cause for this combination of problems, however it is worthwhile to see your colorectal surgeon to make sure it isn't something worse.
Start a high fiber and water diet.  Use warm water baths.
Surgery is curative if conservative measures fail.

Many things: Anal fissure, abscess or anal fistula, proctitis or inflammation of the rectum, or ano-rectal tumors, benign or malignant as well as hemorrhoids(external usually) can all cause pain and bleeding, to name a few. Get checked by an expert, either colo-rectal or GI doctor to get the corret diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

is it possible to have a hemorrhoid without bleeding? i have extreme rectal pain and dr said it is a small hemorrhoid, but i am afraid. please help!

Just hemorrhoids ?: Are you sure you have just hemorrhoids? Pain from the rectum that recurs may also indicate anal fissures, proctitis (due to infection, inflammatory bowel disease, radiation therapy, stercoral ulcers, rectal prolapse, trauma, etc.), prctalgia fugax. Depending on your age, risk factors, current medication (aspirin, nsaid's), circumstances, you will want to get evaluated.

i have light bleeding and rectal pain with 2 previous miscarriages, should i worry i'm so nervous.

Precautions : See your gyn , you may need some measures to be taken to prevent another miscarrige such as treatment with progesterone hormone or cervical cerclage procedure. Light bleeding in first trimester may be normal.

Duh!: I hope you learn the value of lubrication from this experience and not let this episode dampen your future enjoyment!  For now, stool softener, sitz bath and watch out for signs of infection.  See your doctor if you have any question that your healing is running into any issues.

hi, i'm 16 and i've been experiencing dull mild on and off rectal pain on the left side it gets worse when sitting, and ejaculations are painful no weight loss, bleeding or constipation. i'm wondering if it's only prostatis or something more serious.

Confusing: Where was the cyst? Severe rectal pain could be large hemorrhoid. My suggestion is to consult with your family physician ASAP

Constipation: You have to be seen by a gastroenterologist to get a full evaluation as to why you have constipation.  That evaluation will include blood testing and likely a rectal examination.
