i've had a laparoscopy done in 2019 and ever since every month when i'm ovulating my stomach swells up like a pregnant lady. but im not. i'm always constipated and have a bulge on the left side of my abdomen. im always tired and have lower back pains?

For example, if you had the surgery on a friday, you should be okay to return on monday.  This should be discussed with your doctor at your preoperative visit.
