Too much: That varies from person to person and depends on your current sodium status. Exercise can lead to sweating and loss of sodium. Medications for BP control can sometimes lower sodium. You want your serum sodim to remain in the 135-145 range at all times. Read the lables of food you eat for sodium content. Track your intake and BP and check the serum level. Then have a talk with your doctor.

Cholesterol?: By chillestrol, i assume you mean cholesterol? It is important but not related to your bp.  Sodium should be mildly restricted but, more importantly, your number should be.

Depends: Not everyone is salt sensitive. Also, potassium which is found in fruit and vegetables helps balance the sodium. Eating lots of fruit and vegetables can help blood pressure. Also magnesium supplementation can help.

Cut out aspirin: unless you have had a previous MI, stroke or cardiac event. Aspirin recently shown to be non-effective in prevention of disease.

Probably OK: To take a low dose pill, u need to ask the doc who has u on the diruretic, if u are going to take a pill i rec loloestrin, only 10 mcg estrogen the lowest combo pill.

Diuretic: A diuretic will lower your blood pressure and help you excrete excess salt. You could also try a salt substitute. Always taste your food before you salt it, and then use the smallest amount you find satisfying.

Vitamins A, B, C, D: Assuming, of couse that that stands for ace inhibitors, beta blockers, calcium channel blockers and diuretics.  There are no specific vitamins or foods shown to meaningfully lower blood pressure, but a healthy low salt diet and regular exercise will usually lower blood pressure as much as or more than one of the drugs above.
