i have internal lower abdomen pain, it goes away at rest but it comes back as soon as i get up, no problem eating or passing gas, what is the reason?

Lower abdominal pain: Right or left? May be internal hernia like spigelian hernia, or even inguinal- any swelling in groin or scrotum? may be from sciatica as well. Appy tends to be more constant,but  may be a form of ileitis. rarely may be intermittent torsion or testicle Would follow up today with ER visit or urgent  care in case imaging is needed.

Burning discomfort: Burning discomfort in the upper abdomen is not characteristic of gas buildup but is consistent with gastritis(inflammation of the stomach lining) or peptic ulcer. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, spicey and greasy foods, aspirin, anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen and naproxen. Take omeprazole or pepcid for 7-10 days. If not improved see a gastroenterologist for evaluation and testing.

Gas: Gas can cause the pain.  If eliminating the gas relieved it likely you have your answer. Certain foods can cause gas, beans, sauerkraut, spices, lactose to name a few.
Avoid gas producting foods if they are bothering you. There are beano food med products available in a pharmacy if you still want to eat gaseous foods.

Pelvic pain: There are too many possibilities to know without more information:  ovarian cyst, appendicitis, other intestinal problem, fallopian tube inflammation (pelvic inflammatory disease or PID), and more. Do you have other symptoms like vaginal discharge or odor? Spotting? If not and problem doesn't continue, probably nothing serious. If other symptoms, increasing pain, or STD risk, see a doctor ASAP.

Potentially: Depending on where the gas is, it could cause right lower quadrant pain.  Of course, when you speak of rlq pain, the concern for appendicitis appears, so if the pain doesn't resolve quickly by itself, if it is severe, or if you have fever as well, definitely go to the er.

700 calories /day?: If you are a robin or a wren that might be enough calories - but not if you are a person. Maybe time for medical evaluation if you don't think you can eat. Do you have an eating disorder? See you have anxiety - does that cause your appetite to drop?  Would be seen.
