Tubal : Tubal ligations are over 99% effective. However if you are having symptoms of pregnancy, go ahead and take a pregnancy test. Otherwise you may be dealing with a hormonal issue. Schedule an office visit with your primary care provider for a complete evaluation.

Liposuction: is not a good approach to weight loss. It can be used to help sculpt one's figure.

Get checked out!: It may be something simple like a muscle strain or chest wall inflammation. However, recent surgery and recent pregnancy puts you at risk for a pulmonary embolis(blood clot). Be evaluated ASAP as that can be life threatening!

Chest pain: That you can induce by applying a pressure over a  certain point is usually musculo-skeletal in origin. The joints become more lax during pregnancy due to the release of the hormone relaxin and you are more prone to these issues. However, if you have chest pain that radiates to your neck or arms or you have pain that gets worse when you lie down or take a deep breath it needs evaluation by a doc

You should already: Be recovered, could be from your other medical problems please call your pcp as u need a workup for these problems which may not be related to the c-section.

Similar: but not as effective as epinephrine it is available for nasal decongestion in OTC nasal sprays. Obviously it has cardiovascular effects and is NOT as effective in cases of severe allergic reactions!
