Your description: of the symptoms doesn't supply enough information for a good visual of the issue, but a 20 year old should not be having that amount of hip pain,  Would recommend a visit to your doctor for an exam

Evaluation: Two weeks after a c section things should be getting better. If you are referring to a burning sensation in the incision then this should be evaluated by your surgeon. They need to make sure there is no infection.

i wore a compression sleeve real tight one day at work on my leg due to a calf tear. couldve i damaged a nerve? cause im feeling occasional stinging.

Temporary: Compressive sleeves can cause compression of nerve(s) in the leg which may result in " tingling"(parasthesias). This will usually improve w/ time.If it doesn't then see your physician . Good luck!

YouEatEnoughProtein?: Retin-A is more of an exfoliant;it gets the cells cranking faster (faster "turnover")so that it can supposedly "rejuvinate"itself.Supposedly,the lower layers will thicken.But I've noticed that there is a great deal of individual variations in response to that med.It's pretty powerful. It's supposed to help with wrinkles, like the fine ones from smoking,but you'll need a dermatologist to supervise

It is illegal...: Mj is not like the cigarrettes you can by in stores. It does not have the same lung cancer-causing concern. Mj may actually have some medical benefit such as pain-relief. The biggest concern for mj is that it still is an illegal product by feferal standard (some states legalizedit  for few medical reasons). So, unless prescribed by your doc, i recommend stay safely away from it. Good luck.

Sore bottom: Small tears are very common, especially with a first baby.  Most women require a few stitches.  Larger tears may require stitches in the muscles of the pelvic floor or around the anus.  These repairs heal very quickly and by the 6 week postpartum visit they typically look good as new.  You may need stool softeners if you have a large tear and expect a sore bottom for a few days to a few weeks.
