With some medication: Yes,  With certain medication alcohol is prohibited, contraindicated, and dangerous.  If you're taking medications it is always a good idea to talk with your doctor about alcohol use.

Generally: It is generally contraindicated with most medications to drink alcohol and take the medicine.  Some medications are more strongly contraindicated.  Read the labels, but as a good rule, don't drink and take medications.

Probably no risk: If the treatment has been controlling his HIV well, there is no risk of transmission, or very little. Ask him  about his viral load on treatment:  if undetectable or very low, risk is nil and PEP unnecessary. Many couples stop using condoms in this situation, e.g. if trying to conceive. If in doubt, go together to his HIV doc or clinic; they’ll know if PEP is advised. Good luck!

No: They is no medical reason to colon cleanse. It is medically unsound and potentially dangerous.

Eye allergy: Some people will have eye allergies only for a particular season, such as spring or fall.  Others will have allergies all year round.

: There is little if any risk of self-reinfection. However, you should play it safe and wash the toys or wipe them with disinfectant after each use. That will eliminate any possibility you could reinfect yourself.

Medications that: Raise serotonin in the brain can significantly decrease baseline anxiety, which can prevent panic from happening.  Sometimes adding a long acting benzodiazepine like Clonazepam can further decrease baseline anxiety.

Supplements: Supplements like medium chain triglycerides are not studied by the FDA and most physicians are reluctant to recommend or approve supplements. . MCT oil in high doses could contain excessive  calories and more research is needed on its long term effects.

You can take it: But there are no good studies to confirm that it will be helpful. Ask your OB for their opinion.

All of the SSRI's: can be effective with anxiety and depression. Prozac (fluoxetine) is an SSRI. Not sure that one SSRI is necessarily better than the others.
