Low RDW is good: Rdw refers to the variation in the size of red blood cells. Normal value is from 11.5 to 14.5.  There is preliminary evidence that high RDW values may portend higher mortality, however, this information has not become part of the accepted medical facts.  The data for this association is based on information gathered by the insurance industry.

No: Reference ranges are set so that several percent of healthy folks fall outside for each value. Mpv is famously variable and like rdw, if you feel well probably a value outside reference range means nothing. I trust you are not marginally iron-deficient (how's the stomach post-surgery?) or have missed thal-minor, itself a non-problem.

Stop worrying: As a pathologist / lab physician, i often wish we didn't even have to report percentages -- they mean nothing apart from absolute values, and even these fluctuate chaotically / meaninglessly. Reference ranges are set so that several % of healthies fall outside; low RDW never means anything and the MCHC looks fine to me. Go enjoy your healthy body ; pay attention to how you feel, not numbers.

Thalassemia minor?: With normal packed cell volume, high red cell count, low MCV, I'd consider you may have thalassemia minor. This is good to know because if you marry someone else who has this, the children may have the very serious thalassemia major. Talk with your physician about this and what he/she thinks is actually going on.

: Your results are abnormal and consistent with anemia. You need further studies and clinical evaluation by your doctor to determine the cause. Please seek your doctor's advice. Please do not ignore these abnormalities.

Not the right test: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the results your provide are not indicative of any disease. However the tests are not the correct test for diagnosing multiple myeloma. 
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Iron deficiency : it appears that you have iron deficiency anemia which needs to be treated with iron supplementation.  I would repeat the thyroid studies in a couple of weeks

It takes time to exh: We all carry extra reserves of blood and iron stores in our body which can make up for moderate blood losses for a long time. Only when the reserve is exhausted and there is no more iron left in the body will your blood tests start showing up Anemia.
You need to ask your doctor for providing you the raw materials(like Iron supplements) to help you make extra blood.
