Probably ok...?: Profile doesn't indicate if you are male or female, so I'm at a bit of a disadvantage. If you are female, some blood in the urine, especially in the absence of other symptoms, is common. In a male, it can mean lots of things (kidney stone, etc), most of which are not serious. It is important to know if you are having other symptoms. If not, I recommend getting a second urinalysis in 1-2 weeks.

RBC count: Rbc count of 6.1 is higher than normal, but you have to look at this along with other measurements of the complete blood count such as hemoglobin/hematocrit and white blood cell count and platelets. If the rbc is the only bad one, repeat it to make sure it is not an error. If the other ones are elevated, seek medical advice.

Just a couple...: Women often menstruate every month, causing a loss of blood, and therefore, a lower RBC count. Furthermore, women often become iron-deficient (partially because of menstruation as well), and this can lead to a state of anemia or near-anemia. Men, in my experience, are also more likely to respond to sleep apnea by increasing RBC count, so this might also explain. There are a few, at least.

MCV is very high: Many lab normal values are usually set at lowest 5th per centile to the highest 95th percentile, and thus about 10% of people who are normal would have a value judged too low or too high. In your case the only definitely abnormal value is the MCV of 105.7. Although there may be a nonconsequential reason for a high mcv, in your case, i absolutely recommend to see a hematologist..

Depends: Low RBC means your red blood cell count is low.  It could be from exessive loss, or inadequate production. There are other tests which coud help determine the cause, such as hemoglobin, hemotacrit, iron level, indices, etc.
