Lighter wallet: Hope you like the taste. Your wallet will be lighter, but not your weight. It's great on the salads you should be eating instead of higher calorie foods. Also increase your physical activity and exercise. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet.

Take them separately: If you want to use apple cider vinegar (acv) each day, do it separately from taking your medications (including adderall).  Then there won't be a potential conflict.  Some feel small daily doses of acv can improve bowel irregularity, clear up skin conditions,  improve joint stiffness/pain, and help digest fats and sugars.  It seems wiser to take any medications with regular water, though.

Depends on...: Without knowing one's individual details, a doctor would not be able to tell if any particular vinegar would be good, bad, or have no effect on a that person. But, for what health benefit would somebody want to drink any type of vinegar? Vinegar is good for pickling foods, and making foods taste more special, but vinegar is not necessary for normal health.

Not known to but...: Apple cider vinegar is a widely used folk remedy, but like most folk remedies research on it is limited. DGL: DGL is licorice w/an enzyme removed which could raise BP if taken over a long period of time.  DGL is used as a natural replacement for acid blockers.  It coats the stomach and esophagus.  Peace and good health.  If you are on an acid blocker and switch (ask doc first) you may have a rebound effect for a while. Apple cider vinegar 9get it "w/the mother" is also used.  Put it in a little water.

Not bad.: The vinegar is an acid, which most opportunistic fungus and bacteria don't like to live in!  the issue is that it often can't penetrate the nail enough to get to all of the fungus.  There are oral medicines and a couple topical solutions that are fda approved for this condition.  See a podiatrist for all the options that may be best for you.

Why risk it?: There really is no proven benefit to drinking apple cider vinegar, pasteurized or not, so why risk it while breast-feeding? I would recommend avoiding it. Hope this helps.
