Hot Weather Rashes: Heat can cause friction and sweating, both of which can lead to rashes, especially in folds.  See your dermatologist for a correct diagnosis and the appropriate treatment.

on calves, sunburn like rash, hot 2 touch,  not sunburn  it is under socks and sneaker.get it when i walk a lot, like at theme park in hot weather?

Urticaria: You may be experiencing temperature induced urticaria.  Some people have a similar rash in extremes of temperature.  If it does not resolve try a little Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or cetiruzibe over the counter.

i have a rash in my skin, the doctor said it was heat rash due to the hot weather but now on winter its still the same, my skin itches a lot!?

Xerosis vs eczema...: Dry skin, allergies to detergent, or other irritants are possibilities.  Try using a skin cream without alcohol in it immediately after showering/ washing.  If this does not work try a hypoallergenic detergent.... If that fails see your doc again or go to a dermatologist.

i work outside in hot weather and 2 days ago i felt a burn on my thigh randomly and its a large red rash, for first day it was just burning sensation but now its kinda getting itchy, what do you think it is?

: spider bite, bee sting, hornet sting other FL insect sting such as scorpion.  A picture is worth 1000 words or getter yet a video exam. Give us a call.

Heat: Yes heat can cause vasodilitation which can account for a butterfly rash.

i put cream on it (diaper rash cream/sudacream) it helped..

but the rash has turned brown is the normal? it was very hot weather so it definitely was from heat, and sweating..

Can be normal: It is hard to tell for sure without seeing it (you might need to consider a video consult or in person visit) BUT when the skin is inflamed with a rash there is frequently a period of increased pigmentation/dark color called “post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation “ which May gradually fade (1% hydrocortisone can possibly help).  If it becomes itchy/painful may need Dr eval. Weight loss will help

Possibly: If itchy, quite likely fungal(times corporate).
If sore, painful, blistering or seeping discolored fluids, you have a secondary bacterial infection(cellulitis).

Yes it may be: Yes it may be heat rash due to the hot weather.It happens when your sweat ducts become blocked and perspiration is trapped under your skin.Most of the time the rash goes away on its own.Best way is to cool your skin and prevent sweating, stay in airconditioned area, wear loose clothes, let thye skin air dry rather thenusing towels.If the skin is itchy use calamine lotion or Hydrocortisone cream.

Dehydration: Whilst he may or may not have been dehydrated the reported symptoms suggest another disorder that must be immediately evaluated
