Not specificly: Decades ago when we gave the smallpox vaccine we didn't give it to kids with eczema & advised vaccinated people to avoid getting around them. The flu vaccine is avoided for those kids with major reactions to eggs. Otherwise, there are few if any issues with the newer vaccines.

Maybe: The fact is that strep can be present in a peri-anal rash (pustular or blister like) and produce a full blown scarletina rash over the rest of the body. The tissue around the anus is just as susceptible to the strep germ as the throat and can be infected at the same time.

i get red itchy rashes randomly on the inside of my elbows or knees about once a month. it usually goes away in about 10 mins. should i worry? does this indicate a larger problem? i do not have any known allergies

Make sure your masseuse washes hands before touching you. These are simple hygene.
